What should you expect in your RMT appointment?

1. Patient Assessment: your RMT will perform a comprehensive assessment based on history, observation, palpation, movement, neurology, referred sensation, and special tests as relevant.

2. Formulating a Treatment Plan: designing and implementing a treatment plan that is unique and curated for you!

3. Home Care: as effective as a massage is, your RMT wants to make sure that you have all the tools necessary to maintain the post massage relief you experience.

Your RMT will give you stretches, techniques, strengthening exercises, lifestyle modifications and recommendations.

It is for these reasons that your appointment is so much more than just a massage. It’s a pillar in your journey to a more holistic lifestyle.

Please wear what ever you are comfortable with. Always communicate with your therapist if you have any questions or concerns.

Please fill our your online intake form before your first appointment with us.
