Nicolas proposes a variety of short and long term counselling and techniques in an empowering and therapeutic setting. His practice seeks to be holistic and integrative, meaning that you will work collaboratively to overcome live’s challenges, traumas and struggles: using the healing power of the relationship.

After a solid experience in France as a clinical psychologist, Nicolas moved to Vancouver and worked in the Mental Health and addiction field for about two years before becoming a registered clinical counsellor. He has been trained to particularly treat traumas, anxiety disorder, depression & substance use using approaches like brief therapies (CBT), Meditation, Sensorial and systemic approaches, EMDR and phenomenology.

Prior to this she graduated in the Spa Technician Program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2006.
